Our standard US shipping rate is 17 USD. For US orders above 150 USD, shipping is free. Shipping rates for other destinations are shown at checkout based on available methods and destination logic. Customers see final shipping charges before payment confirmation.

Orders are processed on business days. Typical processing includes payment verification, order integrity checks, picking, and packing. During high-volume periods, dispatch may require additional handling time. We aim to communicate realistic timelines and to avoid overpromising delivery windows that cannot be guaranteed across all geographies. Customers receive updates when status changes materially, including dispatch and carrier handover events where available.

Delivery times vary by country, service level, and carrier network conditions. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery commitments unless explicitly stated as guaranteed service. Customs procedures, weather disruptions, public holidays, and route congestion may affect timeline outcomes. Accurate address data is the customer’s responsibility. Please verify recipient name, street line, postal code, city, and country before completing checkout. Tracking details are sent by email once shipment is registered with the carrier. In some cases, tracking pages may require several hours to update after the initial dispatch scan. If a tracking number appears inactive shortly after dispatch, please wait and retry before opening a support request. Risk transfer and delivery confirmation follow applicable consumer law and carrier records. If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check safe-drop locations, neighbors, and local carrier notes. Shipping fees are non-refundable once carrier fulfillment has begun, except where required by law or where a fulfillment failure is confirmed on our side.
